Hi!

I'm about to marry the LOML, I have three wild, amazing kids, the best pup, a yard full of chickens, a duck and a turkey.  We LOVE the outdoors and all the adventures.  There's a good chance my kids have tagged along with me to scout locations and we've probably had some fun hiking, swimming, rock collecting, tubing, etc at all the best spots!  So if you're ready to have some fun at the lakes, rivers, foothills of SE Oklahoma I'm your girl, or if you wanna get all fancy-like and take over downtown, heck I'm here for that too!  We also have a fully stocked studio if you're more of an I-prefer-air-conditioning type of client!

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Bethany Henderson.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
